Return Window: We do not accept returns and do not offer a return window.
Condition of Equipment: All equipment is sold “As-Is” with no warranties implied, unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of sale.
Inspections: We highly encourage all buyers to thoroughly inspect, test, and verify the condition of the equipment on our lot prior to finalizing the purchase and loading it for transport.
Exchanges & Exceptions: We do not offer exchanges. Any exceptions to this “all sales final” policy are strictly at the sole discretion of Skyland Industrial LLC management and must be negotiated before the equipment leaves our lot.
