If you place an order or place a hold/deposit on equipment online, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of the transaction, provided the equipment has not yet been picked up from our lot.
To cancel an order, you must contact us immediately by phone at (620)-802-1986.
Approved cancellations will be processed, and refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Once equipment has been picked up, the order cannot be cancelled (see Return Policy).
